Chalet La Ravine

Situated just a ten minute walk from the centre of the beautiful Les Gets village, is catered chalet, 'Chalet La Ravine'. Les Gets was rated by a leading Independent newspaper as being the premier family ski resort in the world, Chalet la Ravine is nestled within its own grounds in this unspoilt alpine village. Chalet La Ravine offers catered chalet accomodation for groups of up to 16 people, and can be booked by the room or you can book exclusive use of the whole ski chalet.

Run by husband and wife team Dave and Suzi Lynch, with 7 years experience in running catered chalets, their owner-run care will be throughout your ski holiday. The couple are passionate about their service they provide to ensure a great holiday experience. The menu in the chalet is carefully selected to ensure all guest are catered for including those with food intolerances.

About Chalet La Ravine

The ski chalet normally caters for 14, but can accommodate up to 16 people.

On the ground floor there is apartment, which is a self-contained unit within the chalet building. The apartment has one double bed and a punk bed (this would sleep 4 people) with its own bathroom and kitchenette. It’s possible to add another set of punk beds to sleep up to 6 people. The guests of the apartment dine upstairs with the rest of the chalet group. On the ground floor you will also find the large heated boot room so all your ski boots will be warm and dry ready for each morning.

The open plan living area is on the first floor, which faces south and this leads onto the large private garden with the hot tub. On the first floor you would have one en-suite twin/double bedroom. Three other bedrooms are floor above. Two twin/double bedrooms are sharing the bathroom and a balcony. One of the twin/double bedrooms is en-suite.

The hot tub at Chalet La Ravine is definitely worth extra mention. It's a very large hot tub, one of the largest you'll see in a chalet of this size. It's in the private garden of Chalet La Ravine with views across the garden to the mountains beyond. It really is a wonderful spot to sit and relax after a good day's Skiing in Les Gets.

Upstairs there is a lounge area with TV and DVD facilities, a spare bed can also bed set up here to cater for any extra bodies.

Catered Chalet Location

Chalet La Ravine is located about 10 mins walk from the centre of Les Gets. It's in the direction of Morzine for those that have been here before. It's in quiet, secluded part of the village set with it's own private grounds.

The chalet staff will chauffeur you to and from the slopes every day, the nearest telecab is just a two minute drive.
