Chalet La Roche

Welcome to Chalet La Roche, a fully catered chalet in Morzine. This beautiful Chalet was built in 2008 and sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms. You may book by the room or book exclusive use of the whole chalet. It also has an adjoining sister chalet, Catered Chalet Lisere. They may be booked together to make one large chalet sleeping up to 16 in 8 bedrooms. Situated close to the Prodain cable car, Chalet La Roche provides quick access straight to the centre of the ski area, and you can ski back to just 160m away from the chalet.

About the Chalet

Chalet La Roche is a charming modern chalet, designed and fitted out to a high specification. Please do have a look at the photos below, you'll see the beautiful interior of this chalet. It's laid out over 2 floors. On the ground floor you have the open plan kitchen, living area and dining area, with a log burning stove in the centre. The living area is well equipped with a large flat screen TV, a Ninitendo Wii for children young and old, free Wifi which extends throughout the chalet, iPod docking station, traditional board games and a good selection of DVDs.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, and it's ensuite. On the floor above are the other three bedrooms - one is ensuite, and the other two share a bathroom.

Chalet Location

Conditions allowing you can ski back to within 160m of the chalet, its a bit of a cross country track which veers away from the blue Crot piste and a beautiful alternative than getting the bus. The chalet is about 100 metres from the free public bus for those who do not fancy the 450 meter walk to the ski lifts. When you get to the lift station there's a choice of chairlift or high speed cable car, which will whisk you quickly into the centre of the skiing of Avoriaz (Avoriaz and Morzine are next door and share the same skiing, often called "Morzine-Avoriaz")
